This is a beautiful 1990 Black Les Paul Custom thats been taken very good care of. Its been used only in a recording studio and has been set up for the best sound and has a great feel for playing. The neck on this les paul has been sanded by a professional guitar luthier to the natural wood for a smoother real wood feel. All the hardware is nickel. The bridge Pickup has a Seymore Duncan Alnico II Pro AFH-1 installed for that warm, moderate output, great for classic rock, blues and jazz (its the pick up Slash from guns and roses played). The neck plays beautifully and the tone is very warm. The tuners are smooth to turn. The back of the guitar has a small worn away spot that can be seen in the pictures. All the hard ware is nickel and in great shape. Its extremely hard to find a les paul custom with all nickel hardware, and a sanded neck. This guitar comes with its own black Gibson Custom shop Guitar case with purple velvet lining (see pic below). The back hinge on the case came off but all the other latches work fine. This is a great guitar, you won't be disappointed. It cost me $3500 when i bought it and i am pricing it a lot lower to move it quickly. I have to sell it because we need a new computer for our recording studio, i hate to let it go.
