Here's a very nice (but used) Epiphone Les Paul Custom triple pickup model that I bought used about 7 years ago.  I have no idea what year it was built, but the ebony finish is inky black and there are no dings or dents to report.  This one is in very good shape and plays like a dream.  It has been my favorite guitar for years, and has a thick meaty sound that I can't get out of any other guitar I own.  It has a rosewood fretboard, which I prefer, and the big block inlays that a  Les Paul Custom has.  I have installed a Gibson TP6 (TP-6) fine tuning tailpiece on this guitar that lets you make minor adjustments while playing.  My playing venue has changed, so a triple pickup Les Paul through my Marshall is way too much - I'm needing to lighten up the sound a little bit, so this one has to go.
This one is provided with three Seymour Duncan pickups, all of which have the silver logos.  I know that the bridge and middle pickups are the JB model, and I think that the neck is too - it is a killer combination that will let you roar with the best of them.  But I haven't had them out of the guitar since I had them installed new, and wouldn't touch it now for anything - it just sounds great.  The only issue with the guitar is that the toggle switch has started to be a little funky, and doesn't always switch cleanly between the neck and bridge/middle pickup options.  So, I purchased a new AllParts switch (remember that the triple pickup models take a slightly different switch) and will include it for you to install at your convenience.  The original pickups are long-gone, as is the original stop tailpiece.  But the gold TP6 is a huge improvement!
The pictures tell the story here.  The hardware has some patina and wear, but is not rusty or abused.  The tuners work well, and I've never had a problem with them holding tune for me.  Again, the TP6 makes the difference on this guitar.  All controls work smoothly and are without problems - except for the intermittent switch funkiness described above.  And I've even given you a replacement!  There are no cracks in the paint of the body or neck compartment, or on the back of the headstock.  This one has been loved and played, but well cared for.  No dings or dents, just shirt button marks and some minor pick marks on the guard that would not photograph.  I'm a lead player and not a strummer type guitarist, so the pickguard is NOT trashed.  It's a really nice guitar that should serve you well, and will let you get a really full Les Paul sound without having to plunk down a grand or more - it's always gotten compliments on the look and the sound.
Guitar is in very good condition and is easy to play all the way up the neck - which by the way is ruler-straight.  Action is set low, and it is currently strung with .009 - .046 Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinkys.  Nickle Schaller strap locks shown will be included (both male and female connector parts for both buttons, but a strap is NOT included.
Original Epiphone case is included, but note that there are a couple of tears in the vinyl.  But it is not trashed and all of the latches, etc... work fine.  It is in good shape, is fully functional, and does the job of protecting the guitar, but it is not a brand new case.
This guitar has better than $150 worth of Seymour Duncan pickups installed, as well as the Gibson TP6 tailpiece, which are getting expensive these days.  I have set the reserve at a mere $300.00, or you can buy it now for $450.00 - case included.  Shipping will be $50.00 in the lower 48 states, and I use UPS only, since they pick up at my office.  This will be a heavy package, and you'll do better on shipping if you can pick it up locally.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be higher, and will be quoted on a case by case basis.  I do not ship to Canada or outside the continental U.S. - no exceptions.  It's just not worth the hassle.  I accept about anything you want to pay with, but whatever you send has to clear my bank before I'll ship the item.  I can also Paypal if you prefer that route.  Payment must be received in three (3) business days of the end of the auction.  I have a 100% feedback rating, and have been playing around on eBay for years.  I am not a dealer, so what you see is what you get - all sales are final.  Ask any questions before you bid.  Zero feedback or any bidders with negative feedback should contact me before bidding, or I will erase your bid.
Guitar is for sale locally as well, so I reserve the right to cancel before this auction ends without notice.  Contact me with questions.  Good luck bidding!
