2009 VOS stands for “Vintage Original Spec” and this series of instruments receive many special touches to ensure year-accuracy as well as receiving a true 100% nitro-cellulose lacquer finish to create the look of a gently-aged vintage guitar. VOS models have non-chambered mahogany bodies, historically accurate long-neck tenons for strength and sustain and period-correct neck profile, hardware, and wiring. The only thing non-original about this guitar is the addition of Dunlop strap buttons since the Gibson ones are so small. The original buttons are included as well as the Custom Shop case, all case candy & Gibson info. No wear marks on back at all!
