Gibson Les Paul Custom

From 1969 with one piece body and 3 piece neck.  People that know more about this stuff than me have said this MIGHT be a prototype due to a few details:  No words or graphics on any of the knob inserts or the control plate. The placement of the microphone jack, the rubber grommet for the toggle switch instead of the plastic washer,   Also looks like they did not have the tooling set up right for as you can see in the picture there is wood grafted over 2 of the screw holes for one of the back plates and one for the bridge pickup is grafted over also.   There is also 2 tiny filled holes under the control plate as if they hadn't figured that out either.  I am not promising this is a prototype but just going buy what I have been told by the music people that there is that possibility.
  Usual small nicks and scratches and light scuffs but overall great condition with no cracks breaks or repairs.
  This guitar has been re wired with the decade switch left out. Can probably easily be put back in the circuit.  Original electronics except for the phase switch, resistors and capacitors.
 Original case is in great shape with only a few small nicks in the vinyl and a changed handle.
