Gibson Les Paul Custom

One of the most desirable early seventies Customs: Alpine White, 20th Anniversary model, gold hardware, original patent number pickups, ebony fretboard with block inlays, custom 20th anniv. inlay at the 15th fret, original gold tulip tuners w/ waffle backs, mahogany neck, pancake body. This guitar has been ridden hard and put away wet, but it is virtually all original and dead cool. The finish has faded to a creamy yellow, and shows lots of road wear--knicks, dings, scratches, etc. The nut has been replaced, and there is a repaired hairline crack on the treble side of the nut (pictured). We had this looked at by a luthier, and it is repaired and solid.  The neck binding was also reglued at some point, and there is some light touch up in a few spots.  (You can also see the mahogany neck there). Otherwise the guitar is all original. The neck is straight and feels great. Frets are low (as they would be anyway on these), but play fine. Comes with original purple-lined Gibson case.
