1996 Gibson Historic LEFTY RI54. Mint condition,
flawless! Earliest FIRST YEAR historic R4 known to exist. Its been very hard to
leave this in "LEFTY untouched" for so many years. If your looking to add an R4 to
your collection, the earliest ones are the most sought after and
desireable with out question. I wont bore you with specs or particulars.

This
is a very RAR early Custom Shop LP Custom. In 1996, Gibson was just getting
started with the R4 Historic line. Very few Goldtops were produced during
this era. Quality was the top consideration, not quantity as it is
today. This axe is beautifully crafted and feels just like an original.
The new ones just don't compare.
Equipped with an awesome set of Gibson Custom Shop
P-90s. Sounds incredible plugged in. Very resonate when played
acoustically. After years of seasoning the tone of this beauty is just
starting to mature. Will continue to improve, as all great axes tend to
do. Weighs in at 8.1 pounds which is just right for a Goldtop.
No cracks, No breaks, No repairs, No issues! ALL Original.
Finish is absolutely like glass. Very clean and beautiful. Condition 9.9/10.
