Gibson Les Paul Custom

I have owned this Custom LP for about 20-25 yrs, I had a re fret job done 15yrs ago and pretty much put it in the case and havent played it but a couple times since, the serial numbers are gone, I think they were black printed and you can barley make out made in the usa pressed into the wood, the neck pickup is a dimarzio and the bridge pickup is on I had a gentleman in michigan re wind for me, he worked for gibson in the 50s and 60s and wound pickups for them his name was ken rambo, it has the paf sound, there is a crack where the headstock meets the neck and the finish is cracked going down the neck but niether of these are pulling apart, the one up by the headstock has been there for 15yrs and under full tension. It playts and sounds great, the neck pickup volume knob doesnt cut the volume all the way off, there is an extra strap button hole by the neck button, it has grover keys with the back of one missing its cover, neck is great, and i think it has a 3 piece wood top, you can see the flame in the middle piece and this might help you date the guitar I'm thinking the 70s, e mail if questions and i wont be able to answer question from dec 11-14, also its not the origional case but the one for it is in great shape. This item is as is but i have described as well as i could so ask questions please.   qlso these were not the origional knobs, i think they were black flared plastc.
