Here's something you simply don't see very often! We are very proud to offer a 2006 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Special (1960 Reissue) with a TV White finish that was made exclusively for Rich Robinson of the Black Crowes. Rich played this guitar during the Black Crowes' tours of 2008 and 2009. We purchased this guitar directly from Rich on December 5, 2011, and it comes accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity personally signed by him.

We've looked around quite a bit, and his guitars are just not "out there." This is a chance to own a GREAT guitar, made for, owned and played by one of the world's most celebrated and respected guitar players. Let's face it, Rich and his brother Chris were singlehandedly responsible for Rock n' Roll's incredible resurgence in the early 1990s, and his incredible songwriting and guitar-playing skills are simply legendary.

This guitar was personally made for Rich by the Gibson Custom Shop in 2006, and delivered to him that same year. According to Rich himself, he used this guitar during the Black Crowes' world tours of 2008 and 2009, and the Letter of Authenticity that accompanies this museum piece testifies to this fact. A copy of the original sent to Rich (before he signed it) is included in the pictures below.

Included with this spectacular guitar are the original Gibson Custom Shop case, a set list found inside the case from the Black Crowes' Oct. 26, 2010 show at the Palace Theatre in Waterbury, Connecticut, a pick personally used by Rich, and - of course - the Letter of Authenticity obtained from and personally signed by Rich.
